The hotel provides a serene getaway with exceptional service. The accommodations are spacious, clean, and well-furnished, creating a cozy atmosphere. The variety in the buffet restaurant is impressive, particularly with the options spanning both local and international cuisines. However, I did notice some aspects that could use improvement, particularly in how the dining experience was managed during busy times. Still, the splendid pools and easy access to the Dead Sea make it a worthwhile stay.
